“So when this stupid little dog, with no collar or owner anywhere to be found, gets killed by Bella, who is going to be at fault here” I agree the small dog needs to be leashed and owner needs to be more careful/not let their dog run loose, but if your pit kills someone - it’s still on you and Bella
