Shaved this area (near the shaft) not long ago and this zit with a white-ish head popped up and I popped it. 24-48 hours and some friction later and I have this. It slightly itches, but that's about it. And I also have a slightly swole inguinal lymph node on the same side of this. Looks like folli?
