Starlink Standard Mounted on Model Y Roof

I'm trying to connect a capture card and USB camera app to my Tab A8, and when I try to select this device, it fails saying can't access dev/bus/usb/001/002 and the app give an error "no space left for UVC device. Anyone has tried? This works no my Tab A7 lite though BTW. A8 is on A13, OneUI 5.0
