What are the less talked about physical symptoms anxiety has caused you?

What sort of tingling is it? I swear mine feel like electric shocks. In my hands and feet.

It can be electric shock sometimes but if it lasts longer than a few seconds it’s kinda like a constant mild tingle that makes whatever body part it’s effecting feel cold too it’s so hard to explain

Tingling sensations that can sometimes be in my chest or on my back and tingle down my arms. Can also happen in my head too or my tongue and throat, so weird. I’ve had anxiety for so long now but these seem to be new symptoms. Saw the doctor and she wasn’t concerned so must be my anxiety. Seems to happen after a particularly stressful day almost feels like a tension release but it freaks me out and I end up having a panic attack from it
