I strongly suggest taking her to an emergency veterinarian asap. Puncture wounds–no matter how minor they may seem–can easily become infected, which could cause more problems down the line and more money to fix. It's hard for me to tell from this pic, but is the red area deep, like a hole?

I’m not sure if it seems deep or not. I apologize for the picture, here is a better one that I took just now. I work at my vet and texted my vet and she told me to clean it with warm water and that we would address it on saturday with antibiotics. Just wanted to double check here.
