Constant constipation - nothing working

I take Magnesium Oxide from Vitamin Shop. I have horrible constipation from medication. You have to drink a lot of water with it or you will end up with stomach cramps. If you take it at night you should have a bm by morning. You should only need to take it once a week. It keeps you regular.
