Help on eyes anyone? Not sure I’m totally with them, but overall piece coming together.

Hmmmmm. The shading is going. Rough… to say the least. I gotta do more studies, but I think the colors is how it’s gonna look, so I would like mainly critique on that but tips on shading I would also appreciate.
