day 13. i find im hyper focused on my breathing, anxious.🥺 ugh. went for a jog to prove to myself i wasn't dying. 🤷🏼♀️

Day 32- feeling dizzy, nauseous, tired and anxious. I thought this was supposed to get easier by now.
