I have Checked their courses. Luckily I have done most of these courses in my undergraduate programme as I have done 5 years pharmacy professional degree.

You are not alone, I made that mistake for years! Had a conversation with a senior leader in my organisation who told me that no hiring manager expects you to have everything listed, if you did you would already be doing the job. Good to draw on life experience, you may have an example from university, clubs etc that could match certain skills without having the direct industry experience.

When I finished college 6 years ago, I also struggled to the get my foot in door to Pharma. I done a level 5 in clean room operations which bridged the GMP gap and that helped. It was over 8 weeks, one evening a week. A good recruiter was also really useful since they already had a good relationship with the company I got hired with.
