Removing 40 Mario coins from the print bed (use sound, ASMR)

New to 3D printing - did a test print (PLA) with the .4 nozzle at .2. As I want more detail, will be doing another with the .2 nozzle, but should I go .06 high quality? Or is there a better option for a print like this for table top gaming? Settings to think about for a smooth top and sides?
