Stupid question

In third year, Draco Malfoy starts wearing ridiculous clothes. They mismatch so badly they make Dumbledore jealous. Turns out, Draco has zero fashion sense and relied on Dobby to pick out his clothes for him.

After Harry's disastrous hair cut from Petunia it didn't miraculously grow back over night, instead his hair completely disappeared. Harry ends up Lex Luthor-ing and is permanently bald ever since that night, his angry red scar prominently visible.
