First time sitter (Irish applicant), wasn’t expecting much. (51,69,45) overall 52. Head down for Sept and March especially for S3!

Mate, take this sitting as an experience in terms of how the test is structured and how different it is when compared to the questions in ACER materials or any other sources you've been studying with. This is also my first attempt at it, and while I am a bit nervous, I do know that there's a high chance I won't do well but that's ok, there's more chances in the future. After we finish the exam I'll be having a better idea on how to study and how to manage my time with solving them. Honestly I didn't study much either, but I'm sure if I can get a close mark to 50 that will be more than enough, take it as an experiment since you didn't study much.

Love this mindset! My first sitting went exactly like this, was pretty much a practice run (albeit an expensive one). Its a great way to accommodate yourself to the stresses and rigours of the exam. Best to go in there with a level head and realistic expectations, but don’t doubt yourself either!
