Is this what I think it is?

I had a termite infestation two years ago and I called an exterminator, took care of it I suppose, I never saw them flyers dead in my room again.
Now I went to take a shower and I saw this guy on my toilet seat.
Is this a termite?
How can there be only one?
Should I call an exterminator again?
Fuck.
