Incline DB Bench Press: 45kgs/100lbs (BW: 60kgs/133lbs)

Getting into the groove of dumbbell training. Hoping to hit 50kgs/110lbs soon.

The set-up is always nerve-racking, especially falling back with the load.

Communicated well with my spotter during the last rep. Just incase you guys missed it, I said "Spot me on this last one."

The set-down is just as nerve-racking. The weights almost flung me across the room.
