The opposite. After the cast gets out of jail.... Jerry becomes insecure like George use to be, George becomes Jerry taking charge and leading the crew... eline acts like kramer becomes a weirdo crackhead type bouncing in and out of "the apartment" ....and Kramer .... well ... he becomes normal.
