Want to run seafile CE in a podman container. Possible?

Hello. I have a running instance as Oracle Linux 9 in Oracle Cloud. It is a web server and managed by cockpit in the browser.

What I need is to run seafile CE on the same server and for it to work in podman container. Also it is best for my use case as cockpit do support managing podman using the web browser.

Can some confirm for my way to be working? Also, the same for Let's Encrypt SSL certificate?

Side question. I will be running and attaching a storage block for 10 GB which is enough for my need. Is it fine? I will increase it as I need of course.
