Upgrading from the Hario Mini Slim: Fastest Grinder for Better Brews

Hey coffee friends,

I’ve been diving into the pourover game since Christmas and loving it. Currently brewing with a V60 and the Hario Mini Slim Plus, but I’m ready to upgrade my grinder. I’ve already bought a Fellow Stagg EKG, so now it’s time to level up the grind.

Looking for a grinder that’s fast (priority 1) and I'm willing to skip the €100 range to go straight to something around €200 if it really shaves off grind time.
