Wanting an upgrade!

Hello all that can help, im looking to upgrade my pc. I currently have a 3070ti GPU along with a Ryzen 5700x CPU and 64GB DDR4 RAM. Now I know nothing about PC’s but im wanting to learn. My buddy built this for me a few years ago but ive been wanting to up my FPS on some games and graphics. I guess the question is where do i start and what will i all need? I hope someone can help and give some advice. If you need any additional info lmk!
