My items suddenly went missing

Hello, I tell you that my items disappeared today that I entered to play at 8am when I left and came back at 11am, my items disappeared, specifically my headhunter hyrre ire 6L gloves and boots, nothing more, the only thing I did This morning I was buying an inspired learning and moving some points in my passive tree, I contacted support and they told me that there was no unusual activity in my account, I thought I was hacked but apparently this is not the case, did this happen to anyone else? If so, what did they do to get the lost items back? is it some kind of bug? any help and information is welcome!
