Fasting After Copper IUD Insertion, Antibiotic Usage And periods

🤗 fasters. My question is specific to those who have IUD inserted. Does it affect your fasting? Is it ok to do extended fast with it?

I had a copper IUD inserted yesterday(silverline cu 380Ag by pregna), which was the first day of my periods, and was prescribed antibiotics(vibramycin) to take for 4 days. I was thinking of doing at least OMAD for this week but after 12 hours I was so nauseous and vomiting so I ate.

I have fasted before on my periods for 48 hours at a time and had no issues. I am not sure if my body is reacting to the lack of food with the IUD or it is the antibiotics. I took them only with food though. Should I maybe wait till my body adjusts? Will I be able to do any longer fasts going forward?
