QuietComfort Ultra Quality Control

I recently purchased a brand-new pair of blue headphones directly from the Bose website. However, I noticed that each ear cup has a few minor dents, which makes the headphones feel like they’ve been refurbished. I’m wondering if I’m being too picky or if there might be some quality control issues on Bose’s end. Were yours in pristine condition?
