Why does everyone hate Tu Jhooti Main Makkar?

I honestly loved this movie. Already rewatched like 10 times. It was happy, sad, funny, powerful. I'm not a critic. I watch movies for enjoyment.

The two biggest things I see are that is unrealistic and the acting is bad.

The acting was good enough for me to cry thru a few scenes (especially the final fight scene where she finds out his secret)

As for realism...who watches movies for realism? I was (and read) stories to escape reality for a few hours. Sure they fell in love really fast, but so did Rahul and Anjali in K3G (also Rohan and Pooja).

Thoughts? Maybe y'all can explain it better.
