Water leaks from the handle when running. What am I look at for repairs?

Kohler sink faucet with 2 handles (hot/cold) leaks when the water is running. The leak is in the hot water knob, and seems to be between the brass internals and the exterior finish material. I tried Googling this had a difficult time finding a video that matched what I'm dealing with. If possible could someone link a video for reference? Thanks in advance!!
