Looking for tips.

Hello all, I have been playing rocket league on and off for the past years. I was very into it last year then my group fell off. The last 2 months I’ve been playing solo non stop. But I’m hard stuck plat, 2-3 to be exact. I do everything i can to try and practice but i don’t know what I’m really supposed to be working on. I really want to get better and move up in the ranks. If anyone would like to help me out or give me some tips i would greatly appreciate it. Im down to learn in game or play with anyone who’s open for it!
