StartingItemsGUI isn't working

I just recently decided to start modding ROR2 and downloaded Phedg1 Studio's Starting Items Gui. I added into my mod list and the mod screen generates it along with the others, but I don't receive a separate button on the screen menu (The "Starting Items" button) as I've seen when the mod is showcased.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if one of my other mods conflict with its generation. If there is any thing I can do, any and all advice would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
