Upgrading my 5700x

Im new here guys, and I know little to nothing about my PC. Im trying to learn more as I just upgraded my ram from 32GB to 64GB. Now that I’ve done this I notice in Star Citizen which is a big game of mine that I’m using 90-92% of my CPU. Is this something that could affect my CPU negatively? Or is this just telling me that I need an upgrade? And if it does need an upgrade what would be the next level to the 5700x? I can provide a list of specs if that is needed as well.
