I need advice or feedback

This is my first league and i worked hard to get kinda good gear and nimis But still my numbers are lacking and i dont have enough knowledge to actually improve upon this build i tried to craft a better chest but couldn't and it cost me all my currency lol so what can i improve without actually spending big cause am not sure i have it in me to farm again.
