Cylinder 4 misfire - what else could be causing this?

Hey everyone,

So I have a 2018 Ford Fusion with 43k miles. I have had the spark plug swapped out twice within the last 8k miles and the engine light goes away for about 3 weeks and now it’s back. I have swapped the coils and it still shows cylinder 4. I’ve also tried putting a new coil in just in case with same issue. The first time I had them swapped the engine light would come on for a couple days and go back out, then the engine would get shaky and the light would start flashing so I took it into the shop asap. I don’t want this to happen again so I’m trying to schedule an appointment before the shaking and blinking occurs again for the 3rd time.. my question is what could be the causes for this? The picture I have attached is the 2nd spark plug after about 5-8k miles of driving. Hope that helps.. I’m just at a loss and another issue is that I’m living on the German-Dutch border so parts are scarce, even at the ford dealerships on the Dutch side, because they don’t make ford fusions out here.. please let me know of any other questions for this issue or things I could tell the maintenance guys when I get the car in.

Thanks!
