ABRP and bluetooth device

I bought a vLinker MC+ BLE+Bluetooth to use on my 2022 bolt euv with ABRP. I cant get it to show up on my Bluetooth to pair it with my iPhone. I did everything the instructions said. I was able to install new firmware. I still can’t pair it
