What is the FGT award?

Listening to latest episode and the crew gave out awards at their holiday party. One of which was the “FGT Award” and once at a Por Osos event - Chris Larson yelled at Tom “Hurry up FGT!”

I highly doubt it’s the same as For Girls That Ride Til Death, but maybe I’m just a knucklehead. Thanks mommies
