Only getting 0.87 back. What’s going on?

What’s going on with this reconciliation process? I am only eligible to get 0.87 back out of a few thousand dollars stuck here.

Anyone know if there is an expected up to release more funds? This whole process is unclear and no one to reach out to. Already tried to contact Yotta with no answer on what’s going on.

What’s the point of FDIC if no money comes back? Looking for some info on what the next steps are because I’m lost.
