In many of the games you see 'Training gear' Usually 3 ;Yakuza (Torso),Ankle, Wrist. I was wondering if these exist in real life because i cant find it?

Id like to buy and try these equipment out if they exist. Im not even sure how they work. I assume those are springs and are suppose to resist any movement you do.

They interest me ever since i saw them in the dragon engine titles. I dont remember seeing them in the older engine titles.
