xbox live outage credits

there have been a couple of extensive outages this month in the live service, i couldn't even launch single player titles downloaded with game pass. since it's asking too much to keep services up and running, the least microsoft can do is at least give impacted users some reward points which they can use as credits towards future purchases or whatever they choose.

we're (over)paying for subscription services which are not always available and the always-online requirement only compounds the problem.
