The M+ Beginner experience is a NIGHTMARE

I just wanted to talk about this

Like a lot of people, I don't have the time to be in a guild with strict meetings to raid, etc. So I do everything in PUG

I started playing again this season after a long break, I'm trying to do my own keys but it's a NIGHTMARE

I'm ilvl 595 right now, I do keys between 2 and 5 and 60% of my keys are people leaving after 1 wipe, or just leaving almost at the end

So it's a free bricked key

The queue times are also SUPER long, getting a tank and a heal for low level keys is a nightmare so I kinda have to accept who's there if I don't want to spend 30 minutes in my limited play-time sitting in the group finding tool

People at low keys do not care about interrupts or mecanics which leads to bricked key again and again and you can't really know before end because you can't be too picky for a +4

Anyway, at this point I am so lost about how to gear up or how to improve my rating

I don't get accepted in ANY group if I try to search for one, so I have to create my own keys, I have no other choice, and atm, I "waste" 1 day out of 2 bricking a freaking +2

I have no idea what to do at this point, I am also so lost between the different ways of upgrading gear, what are the sparks keys that we drop ? I don't know I'm just overall lost right now in the game

How do you guys feel about this ? If you have any advices I'd gladly take them ngl

EDIT : Just bricked another +2 Tirna Scithe in the first 5 minutes because the healer left the group after I spent 20 minutes looking for people and getting there

I am so frustrated by this, it's so demoralizing
