I just wish blizzard would test the content before releasing it

I did the full TWW campaign on my main.

Then I started to play my alt and in this process I picked up the quest Lingering Shadows and completed this.

Now this week, I can see Survivor's Guilt on the minimap of my alt, but the NPC is not there.

On the other hand my main has Lingering Shadows available though it states "Warband completed"... So apparently I either have to do the whole TWW campaign on my alt or redo Lingering Shadows on my main to progress.

Could anyone at blizzard test this warband-thing?

Could we get a feature where all chars can "skip" Warband-completed content? Make quests and storylines go away for alts when warband have already completed it. Would be great. Thank you.
