Just started again this week after more than a decade - where is everyone?

I'm currently on the darkspear realm with all my characters.. it seems pretty dead. I'm waiting sometimes over an hour to get in a dungeon.. I haven't been able to do any battlegrounds yet....

Any other realms that are still full of life?

and what is considered normal wait times for BG or dungeons?
