Addon/WA to recognize other team’s “Go”

Is there an addon / WA to know when the other team is having a Go / popping their big cooldowns?

I know there are addons that show icons or gladiatorlossa, but for those I need to either learn what each icon means or know the name of the big cooldowns for each spec. I don’t want to know an encyclopedia of spells for all classes/specs. Just a way of knowing someone popped their CD’s its time to play defensive.

If there is nothing… anyone knows of a centralized place where I can get the name of the big cooldowns for each spec, so I can set up a WA ?
