Forged Weapons of Conquest Achievement bugged?

EDIT: The 175 conquest from the weekly quest does not count towards the achievement. Once i got 2675 conquest the achievement unlocked - which is 2500 without the additional 175 from the weekly

I've earned over 2500 conquest for the season but the achievement doesn't appear to be registering. I've tried re logging and restarting the game + also checked my mail. I even tried to earn some more conquest to see if that would trigger it but no luck. Anyone else running into this issue?

The conquest that sent me over the 2500 mark came from the win 4 battlegrounds weekly quest

seems to be bugged atm for some
