Previous shoulder injury - But need more width...

About 2 years ago I dislocated my shoulder in a motorcycle accident. Took about 9 months before I could even raise my arm over my head, and over a year before I could get back in the gym without severe pain. Now I've regained 90 - 95% ROM and can lift normally for the most part.

But once it's time to do shoulder presses, laterals, or anything that involves push/overhead... Well the pain really kicks in. Wondering what you guys use in instances such as this? Physio told me a year ago it's likely this will never go away as I did have some partial muscle tears.

But I really want to add some shoulder width and definition. I'm finding it particularly difficul to hit that rear delt when bent laterals seem to make the shoulder angry. haha
