I think I'm not training till failure

Do you guys hit failure on every set?

What I do is:

3 warm-up sets (7.5 kg, 10 kg, 12.5 kg)

Then go directly to my working set (17.5 kg)

Followed by drop sets (15 kg, then 12.5 kg).

I use this approach for biceps, back, and chest, but not for legs because it feels too exhausting.

I've seen those Instagram videos where people train so hard they can't walk home or sit the next day. I'm not sure if I should be working out that intensely. I don’t really feel soreness anymore, except when I first started going to the gym.

Am I missing out on potential gains?
