Am i doing too much for back/pull day?
My back day is taking nearly 2 hours with 1-2min rest between sets. I came up with this myself and I've been doing it for 2 months now. Recently I started looking at other workout programs and there are a lot less exercises performed... So am i doing too much? Is this too much volume for someone who's trying to get stronger and put on muscle?
I do PPL, so pull day 2x a week. I'll list the workouts i do in the order i do them :

5x5 pull ups ( i was not doing 5x5 two months ago, more like 5 reps 3 sets and i would be done, so progress has been made)
3 x 8 T bar row (lat focus)
4 x 8 Seated row machine (upper back focus)
2 x 10 Seated cable row single arm (lat focus)
2 x 8 Lat pull down
3 x 20 Shrugs
3 x 10 Bi cep curls
3 x failure Hammer curls
3 x 10 Forearm curls
3 x 10 reverse curls
