Hey, any idea what species?

I might be able to get some of these, I'm boards for flooring (?), any help as to what kind of wood is much appreciated. My guess some kind of hardwood, been sitting in an attic for probably a decade or two collecting dust. Planed it a few times to see what's going on "under the hood". Someone I know suggested chestnut?
