Is this a dry socket?
Hello everyone! I have removed my lower left wisdom teeth yesterday at age 21 and not only i'm worried as i would like to give some context.
I started the treatment last month as the teeth developed pericoronitis, that was pretty painful and couldn't sleep at night. I had it treated and then i removed it yesterday.
It started to hurt quite a bit after anesthesia and it got better quickly. I was a bit worried with all the blood that i was usually spitting out without much force (i still think i shouldn't have done that) but i was fine.
Unfortunately, the pain got a bit worse recently so i took a photo of the extraction area. Now i wonder, is this a dry socket? Thank you so much if you read this through!
