Supreme cells Zed skin question.

I came back to game after a while and see that my zoe skin is now limited and i have special emblem when on match loading screen(i guess the skin is either fire cracker or lunar NY). So i wonder 1) why it donsn`t have the same on Zed supreme cells skin, and 2)Will it stay limited forever or it will be available for purchaise in some events in future?
