Giving away my account

I'm tired of the game but I feel like outright deleting it would be wasting the time I used so I'd like to try to give it away first. I did not spend a single penny on it.

It's currently FC2 and I've only started to upgrade the Infantry Camp and Embassy. As for the state, it's pretty decent, 1050-1080 range. If you're not happy with the state, I was able to buy 12 transfer tickets.
