Unknown Raptor Species (Eagle)

Hello bird enthusiasts, I’m curious if anyone can help me identify what bird species this is. I saw this at the Chiang Mai Night Safari in Thailand. I believe they told me it was a rescue so it's most likely a raptor species that lives at least in Thailand. I think it mauy be a Changable Hawk Eagle, but I just want I second opinion. Thanks!
