Does Whatnot regulate these wheels that list average, ceiling and floor?

I just got my first one that advertised $47 average, when the averaged looked like $20-$25 if I am including the big prize and being generous with the average. $25 max, everything was like a $10-$15 item and were being bid up to $35. Can people get away with whatever they want? I think they should have to share the numbers being their math.
