Anthropomorphic fashion doll line from the early 2000s

I remember having these cat and dog dolls when I was a child, somewhere around 2003-2006. This was in Finland. They were plastic but with tails made out of doll hair material, and the main gimmick was that you could have them on either 2 or 4 feet with the articulation (so they could be anthro/furry characters or regular animals).

I've looked around for them online before and apparently there was also a horse doll in this line, I seem to recall a (big, pink) car accessory too. I also saw people mention they had some kind of a distinctive smell, but I can't remember that at all lol

I don't have any photos, so I drew a picture to the best of my ability. The cat was grey and the dog was a yellow labrador, but I might be wrong about the eye colours. I'm sure they had the little star highlights, though. I hope somebody remembers what they were called!
