Thin (plastic?) walls, pink liquid contents, and small phallic shape

I know what you’re thinking, but if you look to the right of the pink phallic thing, you’ll notice the shell of another. The contents of that one are missing, and you may be able to see that the shell is very thin, less than 1mm.

My friend asked me about this and I’m stumped.
