Stomach/belly
Hi! I have been tracking for over 2 months and down almost 10 lbs (yay!) I’ve also been weight lifting for 7 months, often doing ab exercises.
I’m starting to see my legs and upper body more toned but my stomach is still the same. Any recommendations? Are you more likely to lose first in some areas vs more later in others?
